Cancellation Policy

Game On’s management understands that plans sometimes change. However, in the event of a cancellation, Game On may not be able to resell unused time. Therefore, we ask our clients to 1) treat their reservations as commitments, and 2) inform Game On as early as possible if adjustments are required, particularly if the adjustment involves a reduction of time rented.

Further, rentals canceled by the Client may be subject to the following penalties:

  • 14 days prior to rental: 25% of rental fee
  • 7 days prior to rental: 50% of rental fee
  • 48 hours prior to rental: 75% of rental fee
